【摘要】：政治轉(zhuǎn)型的本質(zhì)是權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)在新舊利益集團(tuán)的相互競(jìng)爭(zhēng)下進(jìn)行調(diào)適與重組的結(jié)果�；跈�(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)"同心圓"模型,對(duì)東亞發(fā)展型國家的政治轉(zhuǎn)型進(jìn)行分析,韓國、泰國、印尼等國軍人威權(quán)體制衰落的原因在于單極自律形態(tài)缺乏必要彈性,隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,難以有效疏導(dǎo)新興利益集團(tuán)尤其是中產(chǎn)階級(jí)與資本集團(tuán)崛起的結(jié)構(gòu)性壓力。威權(quán)統(tǒng)治后期,軍人集團(tuán)曾試圖構(gòu)建更具彈性的單極多元或寡頭自律的權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài),但是軍人集團(tuán)的歷史局限性,使其難以適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需要,最終被迫退出政治主導(dǎo)地位,從而使各國相繼轉(zhuǎn)向衡平多元的權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The essence of political transformation is the result of the adjustment and reorganization of power structure under the competition between old and new interest groups. Based on the "concentric circle" model of power structure, this paper analyzes the political transformation of developing countries in East Asia. The decline of military authoritarianism in Indonesia and other countries is due to the lack of necessary flexibility in unipolar self-discipline, and with the development of society and economy, It is difficult to effectively dispel the structural pressures of the rise of emerging interest groups, especially the middle class and capital groups. In the late days of authoritarian rule, the military junta tried to build a more flexible, unipolar, pluralistic or oligopolistic power structure. However, the historical limitation of the military group makes it difficult to adapt to the needs of the development of the market economy, and finally it is forced to withdraw from the leading position of politics, thus making the countries turn to the pluralistic power structure form one after another.
