【摘要】：文章針對(duì)把西方多黨制作為"普世價(jià)值"和"普適模式"的錯(cuò)誤觀點(diǎn),對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家與西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家民主發(fā)展歷史條件的本質(zhì)區(qū)別,從"人權(quán)觀不同""發(fā)展中國(guó)家面臨反對(duì)封建專制與帝國(guó)主義侵略、壓迫的雙重任務(wù)""發(fā)展民主的經(jīng)濟(jì)文化條件不同"三方面進(jìn)行了具體分析,指出世界上"沒(méi)有放之四海而皆準(zhǔn)的發(fā)展道路和模式","照抄照搬他國(guó)的政治制度行不通,會(huì)水土不服,會(huì)畫虎不成反類犬,甚至?xí)褔?guó)家前途命運(yùn)葬送掉"。
[Abstract]:In view of the wrong view that the western multiparty system is regarded as "universal value" and "universal mode", the paper distinguishes the historical conditions of democratic development between developing countries and western developed countries. This paper makes a concrete analysis from three aspects: "different views on human rights", "developing countries are faced with the dual task of opposing feudal autocracy and imperialist aggression and oppressing" and "different economic and cultural conditions for the development of democracy". It points out that "there is no one-size-fits-all way and mode of development" in the world, "copying and copying other countries' political systems will not work, they will not accept, they will draw tigers and not become anti-breed dogs, and they will even destroy the future and destiny of their countries."
