【摘要】：社會(huì)公正的缺失是現(xiàn)階段我國十分突出的問題,也是當(dāng)前黨和政府十分重視并著力解決的重大問題之一。因此,綜合運(yùn)用各種手段、集中全社會(huì)的力量協(xié)力推動(dòng)社會(huì)公正,是現(xiàn)階段的緊迫任務(wù)。伴隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展而興起的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督,為解決我國社會(huì)公正缺失的問題創(chuàng)造了新的契機(jī)。近年來發(fā)生的大量網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督案例,充分彰顯出網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督推動(dòng)社會(huì)公正的顯著成效和巨大潛力。面對(duì)眼下網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督愈演愈烈的趨勢,如何對(duì)其進(jìn)行規(guī)范引導(dǎo)和加以有效運(yùn)用,是值得研究的課題。 本文即是以網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督對(duì)于社會(huì)公正的推動(dòng)作用為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)多個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督案例的考察,試圖揭示網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督推動(dòng)社會(huì)公正的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)、內(nèi)在機(jī)制和具體效果,并分析了所存在的問題,進(jìn)而提出若干具有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策,以期能夠?yàn)楦玫匕l(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督推動(dòng)社會(huì)公正的作用提供借鑒。本文的具體內(nèi)容主要包括四個(gè)方面:首先,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督、社會(huì)公正等相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定;其次,分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督推動(dòng)社會(huì)公正的動(dòng)因,分別從技術(shù)、社會(huì)和政治三個(gè)層面進(jìn)行論述;再次,論述網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督推動(dòng)社會(huì)公正的現(xiàn)狀,內(nèi)容包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督推動(dòng)社會(huì)公正的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程、所達(dá)到的效果以及所存在的制約因素;最后,針對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督在推動(dòng)社會(huì)公正的過程中所面臨的制約因素提出解決途徑。
[Abstract]:The lack of social justice is a very prominent problem in our country at the present stage, and it is also one of the major problems that the Party and the government attach great importance to and focus on at present. Therefore, comprehensive use of various means. It is an urgent task to concentrate the forces of the whole society to promote social justice. With the rapid development of Internet technology, the network of public opinion supervision. In order to solve the problem of lack of social justice in China, a new opportunity has been created. In recent years, a large number of cases of network public opinion supervision have taken place. It fully shows the remarkable effect and great potential of promoting social justice by network public opinion supervision. Facing the current trend of network public opinion supervision becoming more and more fierce, how to conduct normative guidance and effective use of network public opinion supervision. It is a subject worth studying. This paper takes the role of network public opinion supervision in promoting social justice as the research object and tries to reveal the realistic basis of network public opinion supervision to promote social justice through the investigation of many cases of network public opinion supervision. Internal mechanism and concrete effect, and analysis of the existing problems, and then put forward a number of targeted countermeasures. In order to better play the role of network public opinion supervision to promote social justice. The specific content of this paper mainly includes four aspects: first of all, the network public opinion supervision. Social justice and other related concepts are defined; Secondly, it analyzes the motivation of network public opinion supervision to promote social justice, and discusses it from three aspects of technology, society and politics. Thirdly, the paper discusses the current situation of network public opinion supervision to promote social justice, including the realization process of network public opinion supervision to promote social justice, the effect achieved and the existing constraints; Finally, the paper puts forward some solutions to the restrictive factors that network public opinion supervision faces in the process of promoting social justice.
