【摘要】：清代鹽政問(wèn)題的實(shí)質(zhì)是專(zhuān)賣(mài)與市場(chǎng)調(diào)節(jié)之間的矛盾,專(zhuān)賣(mài)制度將食鹽貿(mào)易截然兩分為官、私鹽市場(chǎng),但定額化的鹽稅征收體系難以根據(jù)市場(chǎng)狀況及時(shí)做出調(diào)整,造成的結(jié)果是專(zhuān)賣(mài)制的崩潰與私鹽市場(chǎng)的逐漸發(fā)育。"私鹽"這一標(biāo)簽,成為鹽商、士紳等既得利益者攻擊商業(yè)對(duì)手的有力工具,而因時(shí)因勢(shì)變革的地方鹽法制度只不過(guò)是各市場(chǎng)主體之間博弈平衡后的結(jié)果。作為清代川鹽外銷(xiāo)集散中心的巴縣,保存著十分豐富的檔案材料,為深入探討這一地區(qū)較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間內(nèi)食鹽貿(mào)易與鹽法制度變遷的互動(dòng)過(guò)程提供了可能。
[Abstract]:The essence of salt administration in Qing Dynasty is the contradiction between monopoly and market regulation. The monopoly system divides salt trade into official and private salt market, but the fixed salt tax collection system is difficult to adjust in time according to market conditions. The result is the collapse of the monopoly system and the gradual development of the private salt market. " The label "Private Salt" has become a powerful tool for vested interests such as salt merchants, gentry and other vested interests to attack business opponents. The local salt law system, which has been changed with time and power, is only the result of the balance of games among various market entities. Baxian County, as the center of Sichuan salt export and distribution in Qing Dynasty, preserved a lot of archival materials, which made it possible to probe into the interactive process between salt trade and salt law system change in this area for a long time.
