【摘要】：清代茶馬貿(mào)易作為漢藏民族經(jīng)濟(jì)交流的主要手段,存在官營與民營兩種基本形式。在官營與民營的博弈中,民營貿(mào)易成分逐漸取得優(yōu)勢地位,迫使清朝不得不對茶馬貿(mào)易制度進(jìn)行改革,實(shí)現(xiàn)了政府主導(dǎo)下的制度變遷。因而,清代茶馬貿(mào)易制度雖然在歷史的縱向比較中,促進(jìn)了漢藏民族經(jīng)濟(jì)交流,看似順應(yīng)了商品經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基本規(guī)律,然而由于清朝政府總體制度框架的約束與具體民族政策的影響,終究還是未能滿足漢藏民族經(jīng)濟(jì)交流的基本要求,一定程度上阻礙了漢藏民族交流。
[Abstract]:As the main means of economic exchange between Han and Tibetan, there are two basic forms of tea and horse trade in Qing Dynasty. In the game between the government and the private, the private trade gradually gained the dominant position, which forced the Qing Dynasty to reform the tea and horse trade system and realized the institutional change under the guidance of the government. Therefore, although the trade system of tea and horse in Qing Dynasty promoted the economic exchange of Han and Tibetan nationalities in the vertical comparison of history, it seemed to conform to the basic law of the development of commodity economy. However, because of the restriction of the overall institutional framework of the Qing government and the influence of specific national policies, it still failed to meet the basic requirements of the economic exchanges between the Han and Tibetan nationalities, which to some extent hindered the exchanges between the Han and Tibetan nationalities.
