【摘要】：正魏文侯名魏斯,是三家分晉后被周威烈王正式冊(cè)封為諸侯國(guó)的魏國(guó)第一任君主。魏文侯在位五十年,奠定了魏國(guó)戰(zhàn)國(guó)初期第一強(qiáng)國(guó)的地位。魏文侯憑什么成為司馬光《資治通鑒》中第一個(gè)出場(chǎng)的有為之君?司馬光認(rèn)為他的治國(guó)之道符合儒家的政治理想,值得后世帝王學(xué)習(xí)。魏文侯的治國(guó)之道可以用一個(gè)字來(lái)概括,就是"賢"。本文重點(diǎn)說(shuō)說(shuō)他的求賢、禮賢、自賢之道。魏文侯究竟是一個(gè)什么樣的人?我們可以用四句話給他畫個(gè)像,那就是求賢若渴,禮賢下士,守信愛(ài)民,以仁君自詡。
[Abstract]:Weiss was the first monarch of the Wei Dynasty, who was officially canonized by Zhou Weilie after three separate Jin dynasties. Wei Wenhou was in power for 50 years, which established the status of the first power in the early warring States period of Wei Dynasty. Why did Wei Wenhou become the first successful gentleman to appear in Si Maguang's "Zi Zhi Tong Jian"? Si Maguang thought that his way of governing the country conforms to the political ideal of Confucianism and is worthy of emperors to learn. Wei Wenhou's way of governing the country can be summed up in one word, that is, "virtuous." This article focuses on his request for the virtuous, courtesy of the virtuous, since the virtuous way. What kind of person is Wei Wenhou? We can use four words to draw a picture of him, that is, thirst, virtuous Corporal, good faith love the people, Jen Jun self-styled.
