清初康區(qū)的政治軍事格局與世紀(jì)之交的“西爐之役”

【摘要】：清順治年間,康區(qū)東部打箭爐一帶的長(zhǎng)河西、魚通、寧遠(yuǎn)軍民宣慰司歸附,在當(dāng)時(shí)及之后一段時(shí)間全國(guó)、藏區(qū)及四川地區(qū)的形勢(shì)下,清主要采取政治手段保護(hù)已歸附的土司,但明末已進(jìn)入康區(qū)的和碩特部仍不斷擴(kuò)展勢(shì)力。至17世紀(jì)末,打箭爐一帶終被和碩特部控制,已歸附清朝的土司亦被殺。在此情況下,康熙皇帝及清中央政府改變以往對(duì)和碩特部的策略及態(tài)度,決定在打箭爐一帶采取軍事行動(dòng),此即世紀(jì)之交的“西爐之役”。此役時(shí)間雖不長(zhǎng),但雙方投入兵力較多,在康區(qū)歷史上規(guī)�？涨�,最后以清的完全勝利結(jié)束。此役之后,清直接治理雅礱江以東地區(qū),康區(qū)政治軍事格局出現(xiàn)重大變化,清治藏戰(zhàn)略亦出現(xiàn)重大調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:During the period of Shunzhi in the Qing Dynasty, the Changhe West, Yutong and Ningyuan military and people's Xuan were attached in the east of Kang District. At that time and after that time, under the situation in the whole country, Tibet and Sichuan, the Qing mainly adopted political means to protect the attached Tusi. But at the end of the Ming Dynasty, the Heshuote Department, which had entered the Kang District, continued to expand its influence. By the end of the 17 th century, the archery area was eventually controlled by the Heshuote Ministry, and the toast attached to the Qing Dynasty was also killed. Under such circumstances, Emperor Kangxi and the Central Government of the Qing Dynasty changed their previous strategy and attitude towards the Heshuote Ministry and decided to take military action in the vicinity of the Arrow, which was the "Battle of the Western Archer" at the turn of the century. Although the service was not long, the two sides put in more troops, unprecedented scale in the history of Kang District, and ended with a complete victory in the Qing Dynasty. After this battle, the Qing directly governs the area east of Yalong River, the political and military pattern of Kang District changes greatly, and the strategy of controlling Tibet in Qing Dynasty is also greatly adjusted.
