【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)里是秦漢時期的基層組織。40年來,學(xué)者們利用出土簡牘材料和傳世文獻(xiàn),圍繞秦漢鄉(xiāng)里制度、土地制度與階層構(gòu)成、戶口和賦役制度、秦人的婚姻家庭與社會風(fēng)俗、秦時民間信仰及思想文化等問題進(jìn)行了大量的研究。這些研究成果加深了我們對秦下層百姓生活的了解,豐富了我們對秦鄉(xiāng)里社會整體風(fēng)貌的認(rèn)識,同時為我們進(jìn)一步研究秦鄉(xiāng)里社會提供了有價值的信息。本文對這些研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了梳理,指出了研究中存在的不足。
[Abstract]:The township was a grass-roots organization in the Qin and Han dynasties. Over the past 40 years, scholars have made use of unearthed bamboo slips and handed down documents around the rural system, the land system and the formation of social strata, the hukou and the system of taxation, the marriage and family and social customs of the Qin people. In Qin Dynasty, folk beliefs and ideological and cultural issues were studied. These research results deepen our understanding of the life of the lower Qin people, enrich our understanding of the overall style of the Qin village society, and provide valuable information for us to further study the Qin township society. This paper combs these research documents and points out the shortcomings in the research.
