【摘要】：生產(chǎn)指標(biāo)是判斷作物在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)中地位與作用的指示器。由于歷史資料的缺乏、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計的混亂,清至民國時期美洲作物實際生產(chǎn)情況學(xué)術(shù)界眾說紛紜,莫衷一是,直接影響到對此期美洲作物在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和社會經(jīng)濟(jì)中地位與作用的判斷。本文在對大量第一手歷史數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行辨?zhèn)�、比勘、修正的基礎(chǔ)上,利用傳統(tǒng)約簡式統(tǒng)計方法,對玉米、番薯兩種主要糧食作物的播種面積、總產(chǎn)、單產(chǎn)做了細(xì)致的估算,分析了這些作物生產(chǎn)對農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的深遠(yuǎn)影響,厘清了學(xué)術(shù)界對清至民國時期美洲作物在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中地位和影響的爭議和一些模糊認(rèn)識。
[Abstract]:The production index is the indicator to judge the position and function of crops in the agricultural production structure. Due to the lack of historical data and the confusion of data and statistics, there were different opinions on the actual production of crops in the Americas during the period from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China. It directly affects the judgment of the position and function of American crops in agricultural production and social economy. On the basis of discriminating, comparing and correcting a large number of first-hand historical data, this paper makes a detailed estimation of the sowing area, total yield and yield per unit of two main grain crops, corn and sweet potato, by using the traditional statistical reduction method. This paper analyzes the profound influence of these crops on agricultural production, and clarifies the controversy and some vague understandings of the status and influence of American crops in agricultural production during the period from Qing to the Republic of China.
