【摘要】:本文以《八旗通志·學校志》為研究對象,援引清代諸典籍、史著、筆記、文集、地方志等資料,運用文獻學的方法,對《八旗通志》一書中所涉八旗教育制度進行深入系統(tǒng)的研究。 論文主要由以下六個部分組成: 緒論對文本內(nèi)容、選題意義進行了闡述、對目前《八旗通志》教育制度研究現(xiàn)狀進行了回顧,并交代了本文的文章結構和研究方法。 第一章點明了《八旗通志》初集本和欽定本兩書的相關問題,將兩書的作者、書名、卷數(shù)、及四庫對其著錄情況進行了考證,對學界目前存在的一些看法提出了自己的見解,在內(nèi)容體例、語言運用、援引史料等方面將兩書加以對比,認為后者絕不是前者的續(xù)編或二集,并梳理了《八旗通志》的版本情況。 第二章通過對《八旗通志》自身初集本和欽定本重要內(nèi)容進行對比,加以《志》書和其他典籍史著的多元互較,窺探出《志》書在援引內(nèi)容的真實性、史料包含的豐富性、載錄范圍的廣泛性及編纂體例的系統(tǒng)性上較之諸史有過之而無不及。 第三章梳理了《志》書《學校志》所引各類教育機構,并針對不同類屬級別比照現(xiàn)代教育學將其劃分為中央、地方、社會力量等多方辦學群體.通過書中所引條目,將各項機構進行對比分析,窺見當時旗學規(guī)模。 第四章和第五章分別借鑒現(xiàn)代教育模式的行政系統(tǒng)及教學系統(tǒng),考訂其人事制度、經(jīng)費來源、教師選聘、生源考核、課程設定及科舉出路狀況,對清八旗學校行政系統(tǒng)的組織構建與管理體系及八旗教育教學實施的活動細則加以闡釋,擬揭示請八旗教育系統(tǒng)的運營模式,以期實現(xiàn)《志》書的史學價值,更為現(xiàn)行教育體制的完善起到良好的啟示及借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the "eight Banner Tongzhi School Records" as the research object, citing the Qing Dynasty books, historical works, notes, collections, local chronicles and other materials, using the method of philology. This paper makes a deep and systematic study on the education system of the eight banners in the book "eight Banner Tongzhi". The thesis consists of the following six parts: The introduction expounds the content of the text and the significance of the selected topic, reviews the current research situation of the educational system of the eight banners, and explains the structure and research methods of this article. The first chapter points out the related problems of the original and the Qinding two books, and makes textual research on the author, title, volume number, and Siku of the two books, and puts forward his own opinions on some views existing in the academic circles. The two books are contrasted in terms of content style, language use and historical data, which is not a continuation of the former or two episodes, and combs the version of "eight Banner Tongzhi". The second chapter compares the important contents of the original anthology of "eight Banner, Tongzhi" with that of Qinding, and tries to find out the authenticity of the contents cited by the "Zhi" books and the richness of the historical materials contained in them. The scope of the record and the compilation style of the system are more than the history. The third chapter combs all kinds of educational institutions cited in the Book "Records of Schools", and classifies them into central, local and social groups according to modern pedagogy. Through the book quoted items, the institutions for comparative analysis, peeking out the scale of the flag at that time. The fourth and fifth chapters draw lessons from the administrative system and teaching system of modern education model, respectively, and study their personnel system, source of funds, teacher selection and employment, student resource assessment, curriculum setting and the outlet of imperial examination. This paper expounds the organization, construction and management system of the school administration system of the eight banners of Qing Dynasty and the detailed rules of the implementation of the education and teaching of the eight banners, and intends to reveal the operating mode of the education system of the eight banners in order to realize the historical value of the book "Zhi Zhi". The improvement of the current education system plays a good role in inspiration and reference.
