【摘要】：《駐粵八旗志》是關(guān)于廣州駐防八旗的一部綜合性志書(shū),由長(zhǎng)善等人主撰,光緒五年于廣州龍藏街邵元閣刊印。該書(shū)內(nèi)容齊全、廣征博引,對(duì)廣州八旗駐防的設(shè)置原因、軍事編制、駐防設(shè)施、錢(qián)糧制度、科舉和文化發(fā)展等多個(gè)方面的狀況作了詳細(xì)的記述,是探究廣州八旗駐防制度的主要文獻(xiàn)資料。同時(shí)對(duì)于研究清代八旗制度有著比必不可少的補(bǔ)充作用。本論文以《駐粵八旗志》為研究對(duì)象,第一章主要梳理《駐粵八旗志》的三位主撰人的生平、個(gè)人著作以及《駐粵八旗志》版本的情況,第二章以《駐粵八旗志》內(nèi)容為研究中心,探索廣州八旗駐防的設(shè)置原因、設(shè)置始末,深入探究廣州駐防"旗境"的駐防設(shè)施和管理措施以及八旗的俸餉制度、軍事編制、文化教育等情況。其中在軍事方面,將著重梳理廣州駐防八旗為滿足國(guó)防的需求而進(jìn)行的改革,如新式武器的引進(jìn),八旗水師改步軍營(yíng)等等。在奉餉方面,將著重梳理為緩解由于駐防旗人人口的增多而引發(fā)的旗人生計(jì)問(wèn)題而采取的多種措施。第三章是對(duì)《駐粵八旗志》的評(píng)價(jià),從不同方面探究《駐粵八旗志》的編撰特點(diǎn)和文獻(xiàn)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The "eight banners in Guangdong" is a comprehensive chronicle about the eight banners of Guangzhou garrison. Written by Chang Shan and others, Guang Xu published in Shao Yuange, Longzang Street, Guangzhou, in five years. The book is complete in content, widely recruited and widely cited, and the reasons for setting up the garrison of the eight banners in Guangzhou. The military establishment, garrison facilities, money and grain system, imperial examinations and cultural development are described in detail. At the same time, it is necessary to study the system of the eight banners in the Qing Dynasty. This paper takes the "eight Banner in Guangdong" as the research object. The first chapter mainly combs the life of the three main writers of the eight Banner in Guangdong, personal works and the edition of the eight Banner in Guangdong. The second chapter takes the contents of the eight Banner in Guangdong as the research center to explore the reasons for the setting up of the garrison of the eight Banner in Guangzhou. From the beginning to the end, we will deeply explore the garrison facilities and management measures of Guangzhou garrison "flag border", as well as the salary and pay system of the eight banners, military establishment, culture and education, etc. Among them, in the military aspect, Emphasis will be placed on combing the reforms carried out by the eight banners of Guangzhou garrison to meet the needs of national defense, such as the introduction of new weapons, the shift of the eight-banners water division to military barracks, and so on. In terms of pay, Emphasis will be placed on the various measures taken to alleviate the livelihood problems caused by the increase in the population of the flag guards. Chapter three is the evaluation of the "eight banners in Guangdong". This paper probes into the compiling characteristics and literature value of the eight banners in Guangdong from different aspects.
