【摘要】：在中國市舶制度史上,元代上承唐宋,下啟明清,是市舶制度的完善時期。本文用四個章節(jié)對元代市舶制度的內(nèi)容試做一個全面、客觀的整合分析,力圖從總體上把握元代市舶制度的特點與影響,展現(xiàn)其全貌以及時代賦予的民族特色。第一章,市舶制度沿革與元代海外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展進程。通過簡要梳理唐宋時期市舶制度的產(chǎn)生、演變過程,揭示元代市舶制度監(jiān)管下的海外貿(mào)易盛況。第二章,元代市舶機構(gòu)的運作與管理。列數(shù)市舶機構(gòu)建置、職官及隸屬關(guān)系、市舶港口的置廢情況,論述市舶機構(gòu)的軍事、經(jīng)濟、政治職能。第三章,元代市舶則法的頒布與實施。將至元年間和延yP延年間頒行的兩部市舶則法的實施細則,按照船舶出回港手續(xù)、進出口舶貨的管制、征繳舶稅、舶貨的起解與發(fā)賣、其他相關(guān)規(guī)定劃歸成五部分進行對比研究。第四章,元代市舶制度的歷史影響與現(xiàn)代價值。闡明元代市舶制度不僅對本朝和明清兩代產(chǎn)生了的深遠影響,還為當代海關(guān)提供了歷史借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the history of China's Ship-ship system, the Yuan Dynasty inherited the Tang and Song dynasties, and the Lower Qiming and Qing dynasties, which was the perfect period of the Ship-ship system. This paper tries to make a comprehensive and objective integration analysis of the contents of the Ship-ship system in the Yuan Dynasty with four chapters. Trying to grasp the characteristics and influence of the ship system in the Yuan Dynasty in general, and to show its overall picture and the national characteristics given by the times. Chapter one, The evolution of Ship-ship system and the development process of overseas trade in Yuan Dynasty. By briefly combing the emergence and evolution of Ship-ship system in Tang and Song dynasties, this paper reveals the prosperity of overseas trade under the supervision of Ship-ship system in Yuan Dynasty. Chapter two, The operation and management of the city ship organization in the Yuan Dynasty. The establishment, official and subordinate relationship of the city ship organization, the situation of the purchase and scrap of the city ship port, and the military, economic and political functions of the city ship organization. Chapter 3, The detailed rules for the implementation of the two Municipal ship regulations laws to be promulgated during the Yuan Dynasty and the extended P years, in accordance with the procedures for the re-entry of ships, the control of import and export cargo, the collection and payment of ship tax, the commencement and sale of the ship's cargo, In chapter 4th, the historical influence and modern value of the city ship system in Yuan Dynasty are discussed. The profound influence of the city ship system in Yuan Dynasty on both this dynasty and the Ming and Qing dynasties is clarified. Also for the contemporary customs to provide historical reference.
