【摘要】：正引言:當"中國"成為問題近年來,伴隨著《講談社·中國的歷史》(十卷本)2與《哈佛中國史》(全六卷)3在中國的熱銷,"歷史熱"、"通史熱"成為當代中國知識界與出版界的一大熱點。在"中國崛起"的歷史性時刻,系統(tǒng)回顧與把握"中國文明"的歷史脈絡與未來走向,形成相對完整的敘事,激發(fā)了國內(nèi)外知識界的巨大興趣。其中,如何敘述清朝的歷史成為一個難點。作為歷史上最具統(tǒng)治效力的多民族帝國,清朝締造出了遠超歷代中原王朝的"復合文明";
