【摘要】：史浩是南宋前期著名大臣。他一生經(jīng)歷了徽、欽、高、孝、光五朝，而主要政治活動(dòng)集中于高、孝兩朝。其主要政治活動(dòng)可分為三個(gè)時(shí)期：一是供職潛邸時(shí)期。這期間，他一方面幫助孝宗處理好與高宗的關(guān)系，另方面在日常學(xué)習(xí)、生活中教育、保護(hù)孝宗，最終幫助孝宗順利登上了皇位。二是孝宗即位初年。這是史浩最有作為、也是最受時(shí)人和后世爭(zhēng)議的時(shí)期。這期間，他協(xié)助孝宗平反冤獄，積極向朝廷引薦人才，為將來(lái)恢復(fù)出謀劃策，并堅(jiān)決反對(duì)即將貿(mào)然進(jìn)行的隆興北伐，這些都值得稱道，，顯示了他務(wù)實(shí)的政治作風(fēng)和遠(yuǎn)見(jiàn)灼識(shí)。但他也在此期間犯了一些錯(cuò)誤。由于不懂軍事，導(dǎo)致了宋軍的德順之?dāng)�，給國(guó)家和民族造成了損失。另外，由于與張浚等主張立即進(jìn)行北伐的政見(jiàn)不同，對(duì)他們的一些活動(dòng)沒(méi)有很好地配合，甚至進(jìn)行了阻撓和破壞，其出發(fā)點(diǎn)雖是反對(duì)冒險(xiǎn)的北伐，但畢竟不利于國(guó)家。三是任地方官和第二次在朝為宰相時(shí)期。在地方官任上，他抓捕大盜、整治湖田、便民賦稅、設(shè)置義莊、為先賢立祠、創(chuàng)貢院、革除陋俗、拯救溺嬰，為百姓做了一些實(shí)實(shí)在在的好事；第二次為相時(shí)期，因?yàn)槟晔乱迅�，沒(méi)有多大作為，但他抓緊向朝廷薦舉人才，“為南宋培國(guó)脈”，最后由于向孝宗直言進(jìn)諫，導(dǎo)致了罷相。綜觀史浩一生政治上的所作所為，有功績(jī)也有過(guò)錯(cuò)，從總體上看，其功績(jī)大于過(guò)錯(cuò)，他是一個(gè)值得肯定的歷史人物。
[Abstract]:Shi Hao, a famous minister in the early Southern Song Dynasty, experienced five dynasties in his life, including Hui, Qin, Gao, filial piety and Light, while his main political activities were concentrated in Gao. Filial piety two dynasties. Its main political activities can be divided into three periods: first, the period of potential residence. During this period, he helped Xiao Zong to handle the relationship with Gao Zong, on the other hand, in daily study, life education, protection of filial piety. Finally, Xiaozong successfully ascended the throne. Second, Xiaozong ascended the throne in the early years. This is Shi Hao's most successful, and most controversial period of time and later generations. During this period, he helped Xiao Zong to rehabilitate his unjust prison. It is commendable that we should actively introduce talents to the imperial court, give advice for the future recovery, and resolutely oppose the forthcoming Northern Expedition of Longxing, which is about to be carried out hastily. It shows his pragmatic political style and foresight. But he also made some mistakes during this period. Because he did not understand the military, it led to the defeat of the Song army, which caused losses to the country and the nation. Because different from Zhang Jun's political views, he did not cooperate well with some of their activities, and even thwarted and destroyed them, although his starting point was the Northern Expedition, which was opposed to adventure. But after all, it is not good for the country. Third, he served as a local official and the second time in the dynasty as prime minister. As a local official, he captured the thieves, renovated the lake field, made taxes convenient for the people, set up a village of righteousness, set up ancestral halls for the saints, created tribute courts, and eliminated the vulgarity. Saving the drowning baby and doing some real good for the people; In the second phase, because of his advanced years, he did not do much, but he took the opportunity to recommend talents to the imperial court, "for the national vein of the Southern Song Dynasty," and finally, because of his outspoken advice to Hsiao-zong. Generally speaking, Shi Hao's achievements are greater than his mistakes, and he is a historical figure worthy of affirmation.
