【摘要】：正年鑒條目質(zhì)量決定年鑒的質(zhì)量。要把握好年鑒條目的質(zhì)量,那就必須首先認(rèn)識(shí)到年鑒的三個(gè)特點(diǎn),這就是年度性、獨(dú)立性和完整性。同時(shí),我們還要掌握年鑒條目?jī)?nèi)容的6個(gè)要素,即時(shí)、地、人、事、因、果。年鑒條目分綜述條目和單項(xiàng)條目?jī)深?(1)綜述條目用以概括某個(gè)領(lǐng)域、部門(mén)、行業(yè)或事物的全貌,或者說(shuō)明總體情況。要求撰寫(xiě)清基本情況、必備的數(shù)據(jù);對(duì)全貌作出概括的分析。(2)單項(xiàng)條目是記載年度內(nèi)特定的重要事件、事物、活動(dòng)和成果的單一具體條目,分為專題性條目、單一記事條目、資料性條目等。
