【摘要】：臺(tái)灣當(dāng)局在1950~1952年圍繞參加對(duì)日和會(huì),就臺(tái)灣澎湖法律地位這一締約核心內(nèi)容展開(kāi)了因應(yīng),其策略為"主權(quán)自表,不予對(duì)抗,力博同情",而對(duì)其他常規(guī)問(wèn)題則采取"予以接受,通力合作"的策略。在整個(gè)因應(yīng)過(guò)程中雖然取得了一定的"勝利",但沒(méi)有改變美國(guó)主導(dǎo)下的對(duì)日和約文本措辭,不能夠堅(jiān)持國(guó)家民族大義,終致留有遺患。
[Abstract]:From 1950 to 1952, the Taiwan authorities responded to the core content of Taiwan's Penghu legal status by attending the Peace Conference with Japan. Its strategy was "sovereignty self-expression, no confrontation, and sympathy", while other conventional issues adopted the strategy of "acceptance and full cooperation". Although a certain "victory" has been achieved in the whole process of response, it has not changed the wording of the text of the Peace Treaty against Japan under the leadership of the United States, failed to adhere to the national righteousness of the country, and eventually left a legacy.
