【摘要】：本文在回顧國內(nèi)外研究動態(tài)的基礎(chǔ)上,對近代中國民間經(jīng)濟外交觀念的發(fā)展背景、演變過程和特點等進(jìn)行了深入探討。民間經(jīng)濟外交觀念的形成經(jīng)歷了最初萌發(fā)、初步發(fā)展和強化發(fā)展三個階段。演變的特點表現(xiàn)為逐步由原來的被動、依附于政府、作為間接的外交援助等情形轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉e極主動、促進(jìn)和監(jiān)督政府外交的態(tài)勢。
[Abstract]:On the basis of reviewing the research trends at home and abroad, this paper probes into the development background, evolution process and characteristics of the concept of folk economic diplomacy in modern China. The formation of folk economic diplomacy concept has gone through three stages: initial germination, preliminary development and strengthening development. The evolution is characterized by the gradual transformation from the original passive, attached to the government, as indirect diplomatic assistance to the initiative to promote and supervise the situation of government diplomacy.
