【摘要】：1949年1月北平和平解放之后,整頓攤販成為北平新政權(quán)必須面對(duì)的一個(gè)問(wèn)題。一方面攤販群體本身有著社會(huì)復(fù)雜性,另一方面剛剛由農(nóng)村進(jìn)入城市的共產(chǎn)黨人并沒(méi)有太多城市管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。新成立的北平市政府,在充分發(fā)揚(yáng)群眾路線的基礎(chǔ)上,采取了多種方式的宣傳活動(dòng),組織了新的市場(chǎng)管理機(jī)構(gòu),頒布和實(shí)施一系列市場(chǎng)法規(guī),最終使北平的城市社會(huì)秩序逐漸好轉(zhuǎn)起來(lái),為新中國(guó)的籌建工作創(chuàng)造了有利條件。
[Abstract]:After the peace and liberation of the North in January 1949, the rectification of the vendors became a problem that the new regime of the North had to face. On the one hand, the group itself has social complexity, and on the other hand, the communists who have just entered the city from the countryside do not have much experience in the management of the city. The newly established Beiping municipal government, based on the full development of the mass line, adopted a variety of publicity activities, organized a new market management institution, promulgated and implemented a series of market regulations, and finally made the city order of the north level gradually improved, It has created favorable conditions for the construction of the new China.
