【摘要】：20世紀(jì)30年代,當(dāng)全國鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)運動到達(dá)高潮的時候,遠(yuǎn)在西北邊陲的綏遠(yuǎn)省也正開展著一場規(guī)模不小的鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)運動。本文以綏遠(yuǎn)省鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)為研究對象,對其組織建設(shè)、鄉(xiāng)村工作指導(dǎo)員、民團(tuán)建設(shè)及綏遠(yuǎn)鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)與全國其他地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的關(guān)系等方面進(jìn)行研究。 文章前言部分?jǐn)⑹隽嗣駠鴷r期綏遠(yuǎn)鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的研究價值、民國鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的研究現(xiàn)狀、本文運用的主要史料。文章正文分為五個部分,第一章分析了綏遠(yuǎn)省鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的背景；第二章主要論述了綏遠(yuǎn)省鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的組織機(jī)構(gòu)沿革；第三章論述了綏遠(yuǎn)省鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)鄉(xiāng)村工作指導(dǎo)員的招考、訓(xùn)練、結(jié)業(yè)、分發(fā)和到鄉(xiāng)服務(wù)情況；第四章論述了綏遠(yuǎn)省鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的民團(tuán)建設(shè)；第五章對比分析了綏遠(yuǎn)省鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)與全國其他地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的關(guān)系,最后,在對比分析的基礎(chǔ)上得出結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In 1930s, when the national rural construction movement reached its climax, Suiyuan province, which is far from the northwest, is also carrying out a large-scale rural construction movement. Taking the rural construction in Suiyuan province as the research object, this paper studies the organization construction, the rural work instructor, the civil regiment construction and the relationship between the Suiyuan rural construction and the rural construction in other areas of the country. The preface of the article describes the research value of Suiyuan rural construction in the Republic of China, the present research situation of the rural construction in the Republic of China, and the main historical materials used in this paper. The main body of the article is divided into five parts, the first chapter analyzes the background of Suiyuan rural construction, the second chapter mainly discusses the organizational evolution of Suiyuan rural construction; The third chapter discusses the recruitment, training, completion, distribution and service of rural work instructors in Suiyuan province, the fourth chapter discusses the construction of civil regiment in the rural construction of Suiyuan province. The fifth chapter compares and analyzes the relationship between Suiyuan rural construction and other areas of the country. Finally, it draws a conclusion on the basis of comparative analysis.
