【摘要】：插花地是行政區(qū)劃中的特殊現(xiàn)象,其存在對(duì)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與行政管理等都會(huì)帶來(lái)極為嚴(yán)重的影響。明清時(shí)期,河南省境內(nèi)存在著為數(shù)眾多的插花地,其起源復(fù)雜,形態(tài)多樣,對(duì)地方社會(huì)產(chǎn)生了重要影響。民國(guó)時(shí)期,河南省對(duì)插花地展開(kāi)大規(guī)模的整理工作,取得了一定的效果,基本厘清了插花地的行政區(qū)劃歸屬。插花地的整理,體現(xiàn)了地方行政區(qū)劃歸屬運(yùn)作的過(guò)程中諸多因素的影響,是南京國(guó)民政府重建地方行政管理體制的嘗試,反映了近代政治與基層行政區(qū)劃關(guān)系的新發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Flower arrangement is a special phenomenon in administrative division, and its existence will have a serious impact on social stability, economic development and administration. During the Ming and Qing dynasties, there were many flower-planting fields in Henan Province, whose origin and forms were complex and varied, which had an important influence on local society. During the Republic of China, Henan Province carried out a large-scale arrangement of the flower-planting land, and achieved certain results, and basically clarified the administrative division of the flower-planting land. The arrangement of flower arrangement reflects the influence of many factors in the process of attribution and operation of local administrative divisions. It is an attempt of Nanjing National Government to rebuild the local administrative management system and reflects the new development of the relationship between modern politics and basic administrative divisions.
