【摘要】：薛福成較為細致考察了英法等國的議會制度,并能認識到這種制度的優(yōu)長和流弊。但是,在此過程中,他不免受到其固有的思維方式和認知方式的干擾。這種干擾主要體現(xiàn)在強烈的"用夏變夷"和"西學(xué)中源"的觀念。
[Abstract]:Xue Fucheng examined the parliamentary system of Britain and France in detail, and realized the advantages and disadvantages of this system. However, in the process, he was inevitably disturbed by his inherent way of thinking and cognition.
