【摘要】：從道光末年至光緒末年江南8所善堂收租資料可見,善堂田產(chǎn)畝均額租高低不一,相差很大,這受田產(chǎn)種類和質(zhì)量、畝制大小、押租的有無和多少等因素影響。善堂田產(chǎn)額租多有減免記錄,表明晚清江南地租的絕對(duì)量有所減少。善堂實(shí)征地租的多寡則與讓租習(xí)慣、佃農(nóng)抗欠地租及自然災(zāi)害等因素密切相關(guān),與額租保持著一種“有彈性的差距”。這種“有彈性的差距”發(fā)揮著佃農(nóng)負(fù)擔(dān)“安全閥”的功能,使得租佃制度得以延續(xù)和農(nóng)業(yè)再生產(chǎn)能夠正常進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:From the last year of Daoguang to the last year of Guang Xu, we can see that the average amount of rent per mu of Shantang land is different, which is influenced by the type and quality of field property, the size of mu system, and whether or not to charge rent. The rent of Shantang estate was reduced, indicating that the absolute amount of land rent in Jiangnan of late Qing Dynasty had been reduced. The amount of land rent is closely related to the habit of letting tenants, the resistance of tenants to land rent and natural disasters, and keeps a "flexible gap" with the amount of rent. This "flexible gap" plays the role of "safety valve" of tenant farmers' burden, and enables the tenancy system to continue and agricultural reproduction to be carried out normally.
