【摘要】：人力組織和動(dòng)員工作是戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)支前工作的重要組成部分。沂蒙解放區(qū)在支前人力工作的創(chuàng)造性實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中,通過(guò)建立完備的支前領(lǐng)導(dǎo)體系和組織機(jī)構(gòu)以加強(qiáng)支前的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo),強(qiáng)化對(duì)干部群眾及民夫的支前教育與政治動(dòng)員,掌握各地實(shí)際出夫能力以適度合理地調(diào)撥與使用民力,制定合理的支前政策以實(shí)現(xiàn)群眾利益的平衡及解決支前中的矛盾與問(wèn)題,為黨的基層群眾工作積累了寶貴的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Manpower organization and mobilization is an important part of the work before the war.
