【摘要】：保定商會出現(xiàn)在近代中國社會激變轉(zhuǎn)型的大背景中，它是傳統(tǒng)區(qū)域政治中心城市商會的典型。整理出版的保定市商會檔案，以其原始性、系統(tǒng)性、廣泛性的特點，成為研究保定這類內(nèi)陸中等城市商會的“特殊新材料”。 保定以“京畿重地”的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢和發(fā)達(dá)的交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及繁盛的經(jīng)濟(jì)文化事業(yè)，素來吸引著眾多“外地人”來保定從事工商業(yè)活動。這些來自四面八方的“外地人”成為活躍在保定商會中的一個特殊群體。 這些保定商會中的“外地人”，在不同行業(yè)、不同領(lǐng)域各領(lǐng)風(fēng)騷，分享著保定各業(yè)利潤的同時，又突顯自身所屬商幫的優(yōu)勢，比如晉商對于銀錢業(yè)、染業(yè)、糧業(yè)，冀州商人對于布線業(yè)等都是在一定時期內(nèi)控制和壟斷了保定市場。這些“外地人”在保定商會幾十年的發(fā)展過程中，在保定開放性、包容性的區(qū)域環(huán)境中，，又逐步融入了保定社會�！翱图處汀边@一名詞逐步淡化，反而出現(xiàn)了越來越多的外來的“保定人”。 商會中的“外地人”群體，在近代保定社會發(fā)展中發(fā)揮了重要作用，也占有重要地位。這可以通過外地人經(jīng)營的工商企業(yè)經(jīng)營情況和保定商會中高層籍貫的構(gòu)成及各同業(yè)公會代表構(gòu)成窺見一般。 “外地人”群體在保定商會存在的41年中，走過了一個曲折的興衰歷程。這種興衰根本在于社會大背景的變化，但與保定區(qū)域內(nèi)的一些具體因素也是分不開的。 本文對保定商會中這些“外地人”資料進(jìn)行整理，就是嘗試?yán)帽６ㄉ虝䴔n案的“原始”記錄，對“外地人”在保定整體發(fā)展有一個初步探索。進(jìn)而探討“外地人”與保定社會發(fā)展的諸多關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Baoding Chamber of Commerce appeared in the background of social transformation in modern China, which is a typical of the traditional regional political center city chamber of commerce. The archives of Baoding City Chamber of Commerce, with its original, systematic and extensive characteristics, have become the "special new materials" for the study of this kind of inland medium city chamber of commerce. Baoding, with its location advantage, developed transportation network and prosperous economic and cultural undertakings, has attracted many "outsiders" to Baoding to engage in industrial and commercial activities. These "outsiders" from all sides became a special group active in Baoding Chamber of Commerce. These "outsiders" in the Baoding Chamber of Commerce are leading the way in different industries and different fields, sharing the profits of Baoding, and at the same time highlighting the advantages of their own business groups, such as Jin merchants' views on the silver, dyeing, and grain industries. Jizhou merchants for wiring industry are in a certain period of control and monopoly of the market Baoding. In the development process of Baoding Chamber of Commerce for several decades, in the open and inclusive regional environment of Baoding, these "outsiders" gradually integrated into Baoding society. The term "Hakka business group" gradually desalinated, but more and more foreign "Baoding people" appeared. The "outsiders" in the Chamber of Commerce played an important role and played an important role in the social development of Baoding in modern times. This can be seen through the business situation of the foreign business enterprises, the composition of the high level native place in the Baoding Chamber of Commerce and the representatives of the various trade associations. In the 41 years of the existence of Baoding Chamber of Commerce, the outsider group has gone through a tortuous process of rise and fall. This kind of rise and fall basically lies in the change of social background, but it is inseparable from some specific factors in Baoding area. In this paper, the author collates the data of "outsiders" in Baoding Chamber of Commerce, which is to try to make use of the "original" records of the archives of Baoding Chamber of Commerce, and to make a preliminary exploration on the overall development of "outsiders" in Baoding. Furthermore, the relationship between outsiders and Baoding's social development is discussed.
