【摘要】：民國(guó)時(shí)期,宜川人民非常重視發(fā)展教育事業(yè),并取得了較大成就。本文立足于時(shí)代背景和客觀實(shí)際,對(duì)民國(guó)時(shí)期宜川教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了專門研究。文章的第一部分論述了民國(guó)時(shí)期宜川教育發(fā)展的基本概況,認(rèn)為民國(guó)時(shí)期宜川教育的歷史背景與發(fā)展階段有:清末“廢科舉,興學(xué)堂”、民國(guó)成立后的亂世、南京國(guó)民政府成立后的復(fù)興、抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期出現(xiàn)蓬勃發(fā)展局面以及新中國(guó)成立后宜川教育發(fā)展進(jìn)入了一個(gè)新時(shí)期。文章的第二部分主要論述了民國(guó)時(shí)期宜川教育的行政管理和教育管理,指出縣級(jí)教育行政管理和鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)行政管理的具體機(jī)構(gòu)是縣署第一科和教育委員會(huì),而學(xué)校管理主要由校長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)。文章的第三部分主要論述了民國(guó)時(shí)期宜川教育發(fā)展的總體情況,指出當(dāng)時(shí)的小學(xué)教育形式包括縣學(xué)、私塾、書院、學(xué)堂;中學(xué)教育主要是在1940年,由專員余正東主持,洛川、宜川、中部、宜君、銅川5縣集資在洛川建立第三區(qū)聯(lián)合中學(xué),次年,在宜川縣設(shè)立聯(lián)立中學(xué)分校,9月,分校改為宜川縣初級(jí)中學(xué),招收學(xué)生360人;大學(xué)教育主要有:閻錫山在宜川創(chuàng)辦民族革命大學(xué)、國(guó)立山西大學(xué)進(jìn)駐宜川、延安大學(xué)也在宜川設(shè)立分校等;中等專業(yè)教育與成人教育也得到了一定程度的發(fā)展。文章的第四部分論述了民國(guó)時(shí)期宜川教育發(fā)展的歷史意義與歷史局限性,指出通過(guò)發(fā)展教育事業(yè),不僅延續(xù)了宜川薪火相傳的文脈與文統(tǒng),為宜川培養(yǎng)了一大批治國(guó)理政的優(yōu)秀人才,而且間接地支持了中華民族的偉大抗戰(zhàn)事業(yè),為新中國(guó)成立后教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了寶貴的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)和豐富的歷史啟示。
[Abstract]:During the Republic of China, the people of Yichuan attached great importance to the development of education, and made great achievements. Based on the background of the times and objective reality, this paper makes a special study on the development of Yichuan education in the period of the Republic of China. The first part of the article discusses the basic situation of the development of Yichuan education in the Republic of China period, and points out that the historical background and development stage of Yichuan education in the Republic of China period are: "abolishing imperial examination in the late Qing Dynasty, prospering the school of study", and the turbulent times after the founding of the Republic of China. The revival of Nanjing National Government, the vigorous development during the Anti-Japanese War and the development of Yichuan education after the founding of New China entered a new period. The second part of the article mainly discusses the administration and education management of Yichuan education in the period of the Republic of China, and points out that the specific institutions of the county education administration and the township administration are the first branch of the county administration and the education committee. School management is primarily the principal's responsibility. The third part of the article mainly discusses the general situation of the development of education in Yichuan during the Republic of China, pointing out that the primary education at that time included county school, private school, academy, school; Secondary education was mainly conducted in 1940 by Commissioner Yu Zhengdong, and five counties, Luochuan, Yichuan, Central, Yijun, Tongchuan, raised funds to set up the third District United Middle School in Luochuan. The following year, Yichuan County set up a United Middle School Campus. In September, The branch school is changed into Yichuan county junior high school, enrolling 360 students; College education mainly includes: Yan Xishan established National Revolutionary University in Yichuan, National Shanxi University stationed in Yichuan, Yanan University set up branch school in Yichuan, and secondary professional education and adult education also developed to a certain extent. The fourth part of the article discusses the historical significance and historical limitations of the development of education in Yichuan during the Republic of China. Yichuan has cultivated a large number of outstanding talents in running the country and managing politics, and indirectly supported the great anti-Japanese cause of the Chinese nation, and provided valuable historical experience and rich historical enlightenment for the development of educational cause after the founding of New China.
