20世紀二十年代營口港基礎設施建設及其意義

【摘要】:港口基礎設施建設與地區(qū)經(jīng)濟乃至國家經(jīng)濟發(fā)展都有著緊密的聯(lián)系,進入近代以后,世界各國聯(lián)系日益緊密,而港口就成為了各國交流的窗口。1861年,營口開埠后,營口港基礎設施建設在原有基礎上初步展開。作為當時東北地區(qū)唯一開埠通商口岸,以營口港為依托的港口經(jīng)濟迅速發(fā)展,營口港很快便成為東北進出口貿(mào)易的中轉(zhuǎn)中心和集散地。但是到了20世紀初,由于港口通航受阻及大連等港口的競爭,營口港走向衰落,港口地位隨之下降,為了重振營口港,港口基礎設施建設全面展開。本文以營口港的基礎設施建設為研究重點,立足檔案文獻,將營口港基礎設施建設分為兩個時期,重點介紹20世紀二十年代港口基礎設施建設狀況及取得的成效,分析港口基礎設施建設的意義以及對東北地區(qū)所產(chǎn)生的影響。本文由三個部分組成,具體內(nèi)容如下:第一部分,主要論述20世紀二十年代以前營口港基礎設施建設概貌。從遼河出?诖a頭倉庫等基礎設施的建設、營口火車站的修建、海關(guān)對港口的管理三個方面介紹了開埠初期營口港在基礎設施建設方面取得的初步成效,同時論述營口港通航受阻,航運業(yè)受到影響。第二部分,重點介紹20世紀二十年代營口港整治工程的實施。首先分析重振港口基礎設施建設的必要性并介紹各項規(guī)劃,接著從改善港口通航條件、加速港口水陸聯(lián)運轉(zhuǎn)運能力、提高整體基礎設施建設技術(shù)、改善港口基礎設施服務制度四個方面論述20世紀二十年代營口港基礎設施建設的實施。第三部分,在準確論述史實的基礎上,對營口港基礎設施建設意義進行總結(jié)。首先論述營口港基礎設施建設對東北內(nèi)外貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生的影響,然后對營口港基礎設施建設進行評價。
[Abstract]:Port infrastructure construction is closely related to regional economy and even national economic development. After entering modern times, countries in the world have become increasingly close, and ports have become a window of communication among countries. In 1861, after the opening of Yingkou port, Yingkou port infrastructure construction on the basis of the initial development. As the only port and trade port in northeast China, Yingkou port developed rapidly, and Yingkou port soon became the transit center and distribution center of import and export trade in Northeast China. However, at the beginning of the 20th century, because of the obstruction of port navigation and the competition of Dalian and other ports, Yingkou port declined and the status of port declined. In order to revitalize Yingkou port, port infrastructure construction was carried out in an all-round way. This paper focuses on the infrastructure construction of Yingkou Port. Based on the archival documents, this paper divides the infrastructure construction of Yingkou Port into two periods, focusing on the status of port infrastructure construction and its achievements in the 1920s. The significance of port infrastructure construction and its impact on Northeast China are analyzed. This paper consists of three parts. The main contents are as follows: the first part mainly discusses the infrastructure construction of Yingkou Port before the 1920s. This paper introduces the initial achievements of Yingkou Port in infrastructure construction in the initial stage of port opening from three aspects, such as the construction of infrastructure, the construction of Yingkou railway station, and the management of the port by customs. At the same time, it is discussed that the navigation of Yingkou Port is blocked and the shipping industry is affected. The second part focuses on the implementation of Yingkou port regulation project in the 1920s. First of all, the necessity of revitalizing port infrastructure construction is analyzed and various plans are introduced. Then, from improving port navigation conditions, speeding up the transshipment capacity of seaports by water and land, and improving the overall infrastructure construction technology, This paper discusses the implementation of Yingkou port infrastructure construction in 1920s from four aspects of improving port infrastructure service system. The third part summarizes the significance of Yingkou port infrastructure construction on the basis of accurate discussion of historical facts. This paper first discusses the influence of the infrastructure construction of Yingkou Port on the foreign trade in Northeast China, and then evaluates the infrastructure construction of Yingkou Port.
