【摘要】：晚清時(shí)期,西方列強(qiáng)憑借船堅(jiān)炮利給中國傳統(tǒng)海防帶來了巨大的沖擊,使晚清海防面臨嚴(yán)重危機(jī)。自鴉片戰(zhàn)爭后,清廷中的有識之士便開始思考海防問題,逐漸意識到中西海防之間的巨大差距。到中法戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā),海防危機(jī)進(jìn)一步加深之時(shí),近代海防思潮已經(jīng)開始廣泛傳播。楊昌浚在繼承前人海防經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,又在日本侵臺和中法戰(zhàn)爭過程中積累了大量的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),使其海防思想不斷豐富和發(fā)展。不僅為當(dāng)時(shí)的海防提出了許多有價(jià)值的建議,而且對海防建設(shè)作出了一定貢獻(xiàn)。本文擬對楊昌浚的海防思想和活動做一個(gè)全面評述。本文從四個(gè)部分介紹楊昌浚的海防思想和活動。第一部分:楊昌浚海防思想的緣起,主要從五個(gè)方面分析了楊昌浚海防思想形成的內(nèi)在和外在因素。第二部分:楊昌浚的海防戰(zhàn)略思想,主要分析了楊昌浚“師夷制夷的自強(qiáng)戰(zhàn)略”、“重點(diǎn)設(shè)防的戰(zhàn)略布局”和“閩臺一體的國防戰(zhàn)略”三種海防戰(zhàn)略思想。第三部分:楊昌浚的海防建設(shè)思想,重點(diǎn)從沿海防御、海防設(shè)施、海防人才、資金供應(yīng)四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了論述。第四部分:主要從兩個(gè)方面評論了楊昌浚的海防思想。
[Abstract]:During the late Qing Dynasty, the western powers brought great impact to the traditional coastal defense of China by virtue of the strong gunshot, which made the coastal defense of the late Qing Dynasty face a serious crisis. Since the Opium War, the people with insight in the Qing Dynasty began to think about the problem of coastal defense and gradually realized the huge gap between Chinese and Western coastal defense. By the time the Sino-French war broke out and the coastal defense crisis deepened, the modern coastal defense thought had been widely spread. On the basis of inheriting the previous experience of coastal defense, Yang Changjun accumulated a great deal of practical experience in the course of Japanese invasion of Taiwan and Sino-French war, which made his coastal defense thought enrich and develop constantly. Not only put forward many valuable suggestions for the coastal defense at that time, but also made certain contribution to the coastal defense construction. This paper makes a comprehensive review of Yang Changjun's thoughts and activities on coastal defense. This paper introduces Yang Changjun's coastal defense thoughts and activities in four parts. The first part: the origin of Yang Changjun's coastal defense thought, mainly analyzes the internal and external factors of the formation of Yang Changjun's coastal defense thought from five aspects. The second part: Yang Changjun's strategic thought of coastal defense, mainly analyzes three kinds of strategic thoughts of coastal defense, such as the strategy of strengthening oneself, the strategic layout of key fortification and the national defense strategy of integrating Fujian and Taiwan. The third part: Yang Changjun's thoughts on coastal defense, coastal defense facilities, coastal defense personnel and capital supply. The fourth part: mainly from two aspects comments Yang Changjun's coastal defense thought.
