周馥海防思想研究

【摘要】：周馥是晚清海防建設(shè)的代表人物之一,四十余年的海防建設(shè)實(shí)踐使其海防思想不斷得到升華,形成了一個(gè)較為完整的體系。本文擬對(duì)周馥的海防思想做一個(gè)全面的研究。全文一共分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分是周馥海防思想產(chǎn)生的背景,主要從周馥個(gè)人家庭及成長(zhǎng)背景、晚清社會(huì)大背景兩個(gè)方面闡述。第二部分為周馥海防思想發(fā)展歷程,主要以周馥建設(shè)海防的經(jīng)歷為順序,闡述了周馥建設(shè)天津新城,辦理海防支應(yīng)局,建設(shè)北洋海軍基地,主持修訂《北洋海軍章程》,整頓南北洋海軍,整飭江南制造總局等經(jīng)歷以及其思想的變化。第三部分闡述周馥海防思想的特點(diǎn),他的海防思想主要受到李鴻章和西方思想的影響。第四部分討論周馥海防思想的歷史價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Zhou Fu is one of the representatives of coastal defense construction in the late Qing Dynasty. The practice of coastal defense construction for more than 40 years has sublimated his coastal defense thought and formed a relatively complete system. This paper intends to do a comprehensive study of Zhou Fu's thoughts on coastal defense. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the background of Zhou Fu's thoughts on coastal defense, mainly from the background of Zhou Fu's personal family and growth, and the social background of late Qing Dynasty. The second part is the course of the development of Zhou Fu's coastal defense thought. Mainly based on Zhou Fu's experience in building coastal defense, the author expounds Zhou Fu's construction of Tianjin New City, the management of the Coastal Defense Branch Bureau, and the construction of the Beiyang Naval Base. Presided over the revision of the North Navy Charter, rectified the Southern and Northern Navy, rectified the Jiangnan Manufacturing General Administration and other experiences as well as its ideological changes. The third part expounds the characteristics of Zhou Fu's coastal defense thought, which is mainly influenced by Li Hongzhang and western thought. The fourth part discusses the historical value of Zhou Fu's thoughts on coastal defense.
