【摘要】：久大精鹽公司是近代中國(guó)第一家精鹽公司,它的成立挽回了精鹽利權(quán),打破了傳統(tǒng)的封建引岸專商制度,結(jié)束了中國(guó)人食用粗鹽的歷史,推動(dòng)了鹽政改革的步伐,標(biāo)志著中國(guó)鹽業(yè)逐步進(jìn)入近代化。久大精鹽公司也是“永久黃”集團(tuán)的第一家企業(yè),為中國(guó)近代化工工業(yè)的建立,起到了不可磨滅的貢獻(xiàn)。 本文主要論述了久大精鹽公司的成長(zhǎng)歷程,從集資建廠到發(fā)展成為中國(guó)近代最大的精鹽公司,通過(guò)與舊鹽商的不斷斗爭(zhēng),逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)鹽業(yè)改革和精鹽業(yè)的發(fā)展,并系統(tǒng)梳理了久大精鹽公司和永久黃集團(tuán)內(nèi)部其他企業(yè)之間的關(guān)系,以及久大精鹽公司具有新型特色的企業(yè)管理模式。 可以說(shuō),久大精鹽公司是中國(guó)民族企業(yè)的一個(gè)縮影,通過(guò)對(duì)久大精鹽公司企業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在與外在的分析,揭示了久大精鹽公司在半殖民地半封建社會(huì)條件下,在夾縫中求生存發(fā)展的命運(yùn),同時(shí)也展示了他們自強(qiáng)不息的久大精神。
[Abstract]:Jiuda refined Salt Company was the first refined salt company in modern China. Its establishment restored the right to profit from refined salt, broke the traditional feudal commercial system of leading to the shore, ended the history of Chinese edible crude salt, and promoted the pace of salt reform. It marks the gradual modernization of Chinese salt industry. Jiuda refined Salt Company is also the first enterprise of the permanent Yellow Group, which made an indelible contribution to the establishment of China's modern chemical industry. This paper mainly discusses the growing process of Jiuda refined Salt Company, from raising funds to building the factory to becoming the largest refined salt company in modern China, and gradually realizing the salt industry reform and the development of the refined salt industry through the constant struggle with the old salt merchants. The relationship between Jiuda refined Salt Company and other enterprises in Yonghuang Group and the new enterprise management mode of Jiuda refined Salt Company are systematically combed. It can be said that Jiuda refined Salt Company is a microcosm of Chinese national enterprises. Through the internal and external analysis of the development of Jiuda refined Salt Company, it is revealed that the Jiuda refined Salt Company is under the conditions of semi-colonial and semi-feudal society. The fate of survival and development in the gap also shows their long-lasting spirit of self-improvement.
