【摘要】：蔣介石敗退臺灣后,以"反攻大陸"為基本"國策",一面利用美援在島內整軍備戰(zhàn),一面在聯(lián)合國控訴蘇聯(lián),進行反蘇活動。然而,至1960年代初,由于中蘇關系交惡,美國又始終反對蔣介石的武力"反攻"計劃,蔣介石開始由"控蘇"走向"聯(lián)蘇"。1960年代,臺灣當局與蘇方建立了多條秘密聯(lián)絡渠道,商討合作。蔣介石從"控蘇"到"聯(lián)蘇"的轉變,為其"反攻大陸"提供了新路徑,但因國際局勢的變化,其"聯(lián)蘇反攻"計劃最終失敗。
[Abstract]:After his defeat of Taiwan, Jiang Jieshi took "counter-attack on the mainland" as his basic "national policy". On the one hand, he used US aid to prepare for war on the island, and on the other, he accused the Soviet Union of anti-Soviet activities at the United Nations. However, by the early 1960s, because of the bad relations between China and the Soviet Union, the United States had always opposed Jiang Jieshi's plan of "counter-offensive" by force, and Jiang Jieshi began to move from "controlling the Soviet Union" to "associating with the Soviet Union." in the 1960s, the Taiwan authorities established a number of secret communication channels with the Soviet side. Discuss cooperation. Jiang Jieshi's transition from "controlling Soviet Union" to "United Soviet Union" provided a new path for his "counter-attack on the mainland", but because of the change of international situation, his plan of "Union Soviet Union counterattack" failed finally.
