建國初期上海申新紡織企業(yè)的恢復發(fā)展與社會主義改造研究

【摘要】：在中華人民共和國成立最初的七年時間中，私營工商業(yè)——作為新民主主義五種經濟成分之一，在國營經濟的正確領導和大力扶持下，經歷了由恢復到發(fā)展直至最后被改造的歷史變遷。本文將中國資本主義工商業(yè)社會主義改造這一歷史事件作為大的背景，以上海申新紡織企業(yè)的改造個案作為觀察的起點，擬全面、系統(tǒng)地研究建國初期申新紡織企業(yè)的恢復、發(fā)展與社會主義改造的過程。通過個案研究的方式，在某種程度上可以一窺上海地區(qū)資本主義工商業(yè)社會主義改造的全貌。 本文由緒論、正文和結語三部分組成。 緒論部分提出了研究的意義，對選題進行了比較全面的研究現(xiàn)狀的分析，介紹了本文所采取的研究方法和技術路線。 正文部分共為四章： 第一章首先對建國前申新企業(yè)的發(fā)展情況做了概述，然后詳細闡述了國民經濟恢復時期申新企業(yè)的恢復與發(fā)展，包括解放初申新面臨的主要困難、政府大力扶持以及在各項運動中企業(yè)逐步改造的過程。 第二章主要闡述了在“一五時期”申新企業(yè)的改革與改進，包括生產技術的改革、工時改革以及工資改革。 第三章詳細介紹了申新企業(yè)公私合營的全過程，，包括申請合營、清產核資、組織系統(tǒng)、人事安排、確定定息、資本家與高級職員的思想動態(tài)以及公私關系。 第四章闡述了合營以后申新企業(yè)發(fā)生的改變，包括生產水平的提高、工人福利提高和勞動條件的改善、工資改革、文化教育工作的發(fā)展、合營后的進一步改造，以及存在的問題。 結語部分對全文作了總結性的概括，指出資本主義工商業(yè)社會主義改造成功的意義和對現(xiàn)在的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:During the first seven years of the founding of the people's Republic of China, private industry and commerce, as one of the five economic components of New Democracy, were under the correct leadership and vigorous support of the state-owned economy. Has experienced the historical change from the recovery to the development until the final transformation. This paper takes the historical event of the socialist transformation of China's capitalist industry and commerce as the background, taking the case of Shanghai Shenxin textile enterprise as the starting point of observation, and intends to study comprehensively and systematically the restoration of Shenxin textile enterprise in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China. The process of development and socialist transformation. Through the method of case study, we can get a view of the socialist transformation of capitalist industry and commerce in Shanghai to some extent. This paper consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. In the introduction part, the significance of the research is put forward, and the present research situation of the topic is analyzed, and the research methods and technical route adopted in this paper are introduced. The text is composed of four chapters: the first chapter summarizes the development of the new enterprises before the founding of the people's Republic of China, and then expounds the recovery and development of the new enterprises in the period of national economic recovery. These include the main difficulties faced by the government, the government's support and the gradual transformation of enterprises in various movements. The second chapter mainly expounds the reform and improvement of Shenxin enterprise in the first five year period, including the reform of production technology, the reform of working hours and the reform of wages. The third chapter introduces the whole process of Shenxin public-private joint venture in detail, including the application for joint venture, the liquidation of capital, the organization system, personnel arrangement, fixed interest rate, the ideological development of capitalists and senior staff, and the relationship between public and private. The fourth chapter expounds the changes that have taken place in the new enterprises after the joint venture, including the improvement of the level of production, the improvement of workers' welfare and working conditions, the reform of wages, the development of cultural and educational work, and the further transformation after the joint venture. And the problems that exist. The conclusion part summarizes the whole text and points out the significance of the successful transformation of capitalist industrial and commercial socialism and its reference to the present.
