【摘要】：本文擬對(duì)金登干在中國(guó)海關(guān)駐倫敦辦事處任職的三十余年所從事的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行研究,包括：金登干對(duì)倫敦辦事處各項(xiàng)制度的創(chuàng)設(shè)、在倫敦辦事處為中國(guó)海關(guān)購(gòu)買(mǎi)物資和招募洋員、為清政府購(gòu)買(mǎi)船艦、為赫德辦理業(yè)余外交和為清政府舉借外債。通過(guò)論述,分析金登干及中國(guó)海關(guān)駐倫敦辦事處在近代海關(guān)史上的作用,揭露其侵略的本質(zhì)及對(duì)近代中國(guó)社會(huì)所造成的影響。
[Abstract]:This paper intends to study the activities that Kim Teng-Gan has been engaged in for more than 30 years since he served in the London Office of the Chinese Customs, including the establishment of various systems for the London office by Kim Teng-gan. The London office buys goods and foreign personnel for the Chinese customs, ships for the Qing government, amateur diplomacy for Hurd and foreign debt for the Qing government. This paper analyzes the role of Jin Denggan and the Chinese Customs Office in London in the history of modern customs and reveals the essence of its invasion and its influence on modern Chinese society.
