【摘要】：1949年9月15日,我秘密抵達迪化后,接觸了新疆的高層領導陶峙岳、包爾漢等人,并迅速和迪化各地下進步組織取得了聯(lián)系,為新疆的和平解放排除了障礙。為了配合解放軍駐防新疆,我請示中央后,同新疆三區(qū)臨時負責人商談,通過三區(qū)提供的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)盈余和向人民募捐等方式很快籌措到了糧食,并在抽調(diào)的民族軍和工作團中開展了深入細致的思想工作,保證了這一任務的順利完成。我在擔任中共中央新疆分局常委、秘書長、宣傳部部長等職務期間,起草了《新疆省人民政府委員會目前施政方針》;與王震和分局的同志經(jīng)過廣泛征求意見和深入?yún)f(xié)商后確定了省人民政府委員會組成人員名單;在少數(shù)民族干部中發(fā)展了包爾漢、賽福鼎等15人為第一批黨員;在王震領導下開展了整編和改造國民黨起義部隊的工作、開辦了地方民族干部訓練班、徹底肅清了新疆的反革命力量;對南疆地區(qū)進行了農(nóng)村調(diào)查;組織將《毛澤東選集》第一卷翻譯成維吾爾文和哈薩克文;幫助王震修改了《新疆軍隊生產(chǎn)簡短總結(jié)》;開展了新疆的文化教育工作;等等。1952年10月,我離開新疆,回到北京。
[Abstract]:On September 15, 1949, after I arrived in Dehua secretly, I contacted the senior leaders of Xinjiang, Tao Zhiyue, Baolhan, and so on, and quickly made contact with the local progressive organizations, which cleared the way for the peaceful liberation of Xinjiang. In order to cooperate with the PLA garrison in Xinjiang, after consulting the Central Committee, I discussed with the temporary responsible persons of the three regions of Xinjiang, and quickly raised food through the surplus of agricultural production provided by the three districts and by collecting donations from the people. In addition, thorough and meticulous ideological work was carried out in the national army and the regiment, which ensured the successful completion of the task.
