【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)初期投奔延安和抗日根據(jù)地的知識(shí)青年,有相當(dāng)一部分被分發(fā)到軍隊(duì)中充任政工干部,正好迎合了中共擴(kuò)軍對(duì)政工干部的大量需求,非"抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線"之宏大話語(yǔ)所能充分解釋。"新知識(shí)分子"加入后,受工作能力、經(jīng)驗(yàn)資歷等因素的影響,大多只能從事基層政治工作,這導(dǎo)致了新知識(shí)分子干部與工農(nóng)老干部之間的矛盾沖突,進(jìn)而觸發(fā)了整風(fēng)在軍隊(duì)基層的開(kāi)展。中共一方面無(wú)法完全擺脫階級(jí)話語(yǔ)的窠臼,仍在嚴(yán)肅地批評(píng)知識(shí)分子的"小資產(chǎn)階級(jí)意識(shí)",另一方面也無(wú)法全面貫徹階級(jí)話語(yǔ)的原則,更多是根據(jù)現(xiàn)實(shí)需要在這兩類干部中尋求平衡和進(jìn)行調(diào)解。階級(jí)話語(yǔ)在此一時(shí)期隱而不彰,不在中共干部任用中起決定作用,這是與具體實(shí)踐互動(dòng)的結(jié)果,也符合中共自身"知識(shí)化"、"技術(shù)化"的需要。
[Abstract]:In the early years of the War of Resistance against Japan, a considerable number of the intellectual youth who defected to Yenan and the anti-Japanese base areas were distributed to the army to serve as political and working cadres, which catered to the great demand of the expanded army of the Communist Party of China for political and working cadres. It is beyond the grand words of the anti-Japanese national United front that it can be fully explained. " After the entry of the new intellectuals, most of them can only engage in grassroots political work under the influence of factors such as working ability, experience and seniority. This has led to contradictions and conflicts between the new intellectual cadres and the old cadres of the workers, peasants and peasants. Thus triggering the rectification movement in the army at the grass-roots level to carry out. On the one hand, the Chinese Communists cannot completely get rid of the rut of class discourse and are still seriously criticizing intellectuals'"petty bourgeois consciousness," and on the other hand, they are unable to fully implement the principles of class discourse. More in accordance with the actual needs of the two types of cadres to seek balance and mediation. In this period, class discourse was hidden and inconspicuous, and did not play a decisive role in the appointment of Chinese Communist Party cadres, which was the result of interaction with concrete practice and was also in line with the needs of the Communist Party of China's own "knowledge" and "technology".
