試析1930年代的“新疆論”

【摘要】：1930年代,隨著日本侵華,中華民族危機(jī)日益加劇,此刻的新疆已陷入了空前的動蕩之中,新疆危機(jī)加劇了西北危機(jī),于是新疆問題成為關(guān)注之焦點,因而國人對新疆問題的討論盛況空前。本文是以1930年代的輿論界知識界對新疆問題討論的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行研究,從而了解國人對新疆問題的認(rèn)識過程以及存在的問題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析、探討對于新疆發(fā)展建設(shè)之較有價值的觀點和理論。全文共分為四個部分： 導(dǎo)論,本文選題意義及研究現(xiàn)狀。 第一章以近代以來新疆危機(jī)作為新疆論的大背景,旨在說明長期以來中央政府及社會認(rèn)知對新疆的關(guān)注都是建立在危機(jī)之下的思考與討論。 第二章歸納梳理史料,展現(xiàn)1930年代的新疆論的主要內(nèi)容。第一,關(guān)于新疆環(huán)境、氣候及物產(chǎn)的論述；第二,關(guān)于新疆戰(zhàn)略地位的論述；第三,關(guān)于新疆政治狀況的論述；第四,關(guān)于新疆民族、宗教的論述；第五,關(guān)于新疆開發(fā)的論述。并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析、論述1930年代政府官員及知識分子對新疆問題的認(rèn)識,及其對新疆價值的認(rèn)知以及存在的問題。 第三章,應(yīng)對與想象：關(guān)于1930年代新疆論的幾點思考。本章是文章的結(jié)論部分,第一,從其背景上來看,時人對新疆問題的討論依舊是危機(jī)下的應(yīng)對、權(quán)宜論。第二.從其關(guān)注和思考的內(nèi)容上來看,1930年代的新疆論具有明顯二重性。第三,從其所關(guān)注的對象上看,1930年代的新疆論又具有顯著的內(nèi)地本位論。
[Abstract]:In the 1930s, with the Japanese invasion of China and the growing crisis of the Chinese nation, Xinjiang has now been plunged into unprecedented turbulence. The Xinjiang crisis has aggravated the crisis in the northwest, so the Xinjiang issue has become the focus of attention. As a result, the discussion of the issue of Xinjiang is unprecedented. In this paper, the content of the discussion of Xinjiang problem is studied by the intellectual circles of the public opinion in the 1930s, in order to understand the understanding process and the existing problems of the Xinjiang problem, and on the basis of this, the paper analyzes. This paper discusses the valuable viewpoints and theories for the development and construction of Xinjiang. The full text is divided into four parts: introduction, the significance of this topic and research status. The first chapter takes the Xinjiang crisis since modern times as the background of Xinjiang theory, aiming to explain that the central government and the social cognition have paid attention to Xinjiang for a long time, which is based on the thinking and discussion under the crisis. The second chapter summarizes the historical data and shows the main content of Xinjiang theory in 1930's. First, on Xinjiang's environment, climate and products; second, on Xinjiang's strategic position; third, on Xinjiang's political situation; fourth, on Xinjiang's ethnic and religious communities; and fifth, On the development of Xinjiang. On the basis of this analysis, this paper discusses the understanding of Xinjiang problems, the cognition of Xinjiang value and the existing problems of government officials and intellectuals in 1930s. Chapter three, response and Imagination: some thoughts on Xinjiang Theory in 1930's. This chapter is the conclusion of the article. First, from its background, the discussion of Xinjiang is still a crisis response, the theory of expediency. Second From the content of its concern and thinking, the Xinjiang theory in 1930's has obvious duality. Thirdly, the Xinjiang theory of 1930's has a remarkable inland-standard theory from its concerned object.
