【摘要】：湘軍崛起的一個(gè)重要原因,在于曾、胡、左、羅等為代表的湖南士人所特有的學(xué)術(shù)"軟實(shí)力"。由于他們素有經(jīng)世致用的學(xué)風(fēng),潛心鉆研過實(shí)用軍事知識,故湘軍初起時(shí)便極有章法,其編制、戰(zhàn)術(shù)、訓(xùn)練專業(yè)化程度遠(yuǎn)非一般團(tuán)練可比。更重要者,這些書生深厚的理學(xué)修為使其能夠踐行、堅(jiān)守自己的價(jià)值原則。這種價(jià)值堅(jiān)守在戰(zhàn)爭中遂外化成強(qiáng)大的戰(zhàn)斗意志。這是湘軍戰(zhàn)斗力較強(qiáng)且能屢仆屢起的關(guān)鍵。由此,便可概見思想文化這種無形軟實(shí)力具有何等重要的價(jià)值。尤其是精神層面的價(jià)值堅(jiān)守,更是一個(gè)國家或者團(tuán)體凝聚力、感召力與戰(zhàn)斗力的源泉。只有堅(jiān)守底線與原則,方能在危難誘惑面前站得定腳跟,真正做到不忘初心。
[Abstract]:An important reason for the rise of Hunan troops is the unique academic "soft power" of the Hunan scholars represented by Zeng, Hu, Zuo and Luo. Because of their style of study and practical military knowledge, the Hunan army had a very good discipline from the beginning, and the degree of its establishment, tactics, and training was far from ordinary regiment training. What's more, these students are deeply trained in Neo-Confucianism so that they can practice and adhere to their own principles of value. This value persevered in the war and then externalized into a strong will to fight. This is the key to the strong combat effectiveness of the Hunan Army and its ability to repeatedly serve. Thus, we can see how important the invisible soft power of thought and culture is. In particular, spiritual values are the source of a nation's or group's cohesion, inspiration and combat effectiveness. Only by sticking to the bottom line and principles, can we stand firm in front of the temptation of danger, and do not forget our original ideals and aspirations.
