【摘要】： 縱觀當(dāng)今世界,發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為了各國(guó)的第一要?jiǎng)?wù)。發(fā)展對(duì)中共所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的人民軍隊(duì)也是一個(gè)重要的問(wèn)題。解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期,晉察冀解放區(qū)人民軍隊(duì)的發(fā)展壯大對(duì)推動(dòng)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的進(jìn)程和奪取最后的勝利起了至關(guān)重要的作用。本文在馬列主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論的指導(dǎo)下,遵從人民軍隊(duì)的歷史,對(duì)解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期晉察冀解放區(qū)人民軍隊(duì)的發(fā)展壯大做一些初淺的梳理和探討。本文共分為四部分:第一部分闡述了抗戰(zhàn)勝利后晉察冀解放區(qū)人民軍隊(duì)的秘密擴(kuò)軍和在軍調(diào)部作用下人民軍隊(duì)的復(fù)員精減;第二部分闡述了晉察冀解放區(qū)在全面內(nèi)戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)前的形勢(shì)與“補(bǔ)兵歸隊(duì)”運(yùn)動(dòng)和戰(zhàn)略防御階段參軍運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)動(dòng)與開(kāi)展;第三部分闡述了戰(zhàn)略反攻階段晉察冀解放區(qū)在深入土改條件下的擴(kuò)軍運(yùn)動(dòng),“處俘工作”與擴(kuò)軍,以及新式整軍運(yùn)動(dòng)的開(kāi)展;第四部分闡述了晉察冀解放區(qū)人民軍隊(duì)擴(kuò)軍運(yùn)動(dòng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及教訓(xùn)。 通過(guò)對(duì)解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期晉察冀解放區(qū)人民軍隊(duì)的擴(kuò)軍運(yùn)動(dòng)的探析,可以看出革命的政黨和人民武裝,因?yàn)榇砹俗顝V大人民群眾的利益,所以才會(huì)真正得到廣大人民群眾的擁護(hù)和支持,才能完成歷史所賦予的使命。
[Abstract]:Throughout the world, development has become the first priority of all countries. Development is also an important issue for the people's army led by the Communist Party of China. During the period of the liberation war, the development and expansion of the Jiefang District people's Army played an important role in promoting the process of the war and winning the final victory. This article is in Marxism Leninism and Mao Ze. Under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping's theory, under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping's theory, it follows the history of the people's army and makes some shallow combing and probing into the development and expansion of the Jiefang District people's army during the period of the liberation war. This article is divided into four parts: the first part expounds the secret expansion of the people's army in Jiefang District after the victory of the war of resistance against the war of resistance and the role of the people in the Ministry of military regulation. The demobilization of the people's army is reduced; the second part expounds the launching and launching of the movement of the army before the outbreak of the comprehensive civil war and the movement of "filling the army and returning to the army" and the strategic defense stage before the outbreak of the comprehensive civil war in Jiefang District. The third part expounds the movement of the military expansion under the deepening of the soil reform article in the period of the strategic counter offensive, and the "work of capture" and expansion. The fourth part expounds the experience and lessons of the People's Army's Expansion Movement in the Shanxi-Chahai-Hebei Liberated Area.
Through the analysis of the army expansion movement of the Jiefang District people's army in the period of the war of liberation, we can see that the revolutionary political parties and the people's armed forces, because they represent the interests of the vast masses of the people, will really get the support and support of the masses of the people so that the mission entrusted by the history of history can be completed.
