【摘要】： 在中國的歷史長河中,災荒一直是一個古老而又現(xiàn)實的問題,從華夏民族的先祖大禹治水,到不久前青海玉樹州地震,各種各樣的自然災害一直伴隨著中華民族的歷史進程�；恼侵袊鴼v代王朝定國安邦的重要政策之一。本文研究的對象是清末民初魯北地區(qū)的災荒,以河患為主線。時間大體開始于咸豐五年(1855年)黃河自銅瓦廂決口,止于20世紀三十年代,地域為山東省魯北地區(qū),大致包括現(xiàn)在的東營市、濱州市、淄博市和濰坊市的一部分,其中有墾利縣、廣饒縣、利津縣、沾化縣、濱縣、無棣縣、蒲臺縣、博興縣、臨淄縣、壽光縣、以及濰縣。對這一時期黃河水災的概況及影響,清末黃河改道與復道之爭,政府的荒政措施以及近代有名的闖關東進行論述,進而得出魯北地區(qū)在近代之所以落后的自然條件方面原因。使讀者對近代山東地區(qū),尤其是魯北的災荒和社會概況有個大致清晰的了解。
[Abstract]:In the long history of China, famine has always been an ancient and realistic problem. From Dayu, the ancestor of the Chinese nation, to the recent earthquake in Yushu Prefecture, Qinghai, all kinds of natural disasters have been accompanied by the historical process of the Chinese nation. Desolation is one of the important policies of dynastic Anbang in China. The research object of this paper is the famine in northern Shandong in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China, taking river disaster as the main line. The time began roughly in Xianfeng five years (1855) when the Yellow River broke from copper and tiles, and ended in the 1930s, in the northern part of Shandong Province, roughly including part of what is now Dongying City, Binzhou City, Zibo City and Weifang City. Among them are Kenli County, Guangrao County, Lijin County, Zhanhua County, Binxian County, Wudi County, Putai County, Boxing County, Linzi County, Shouguang County, and Weixian. This paper discusses the general situation and influence of the Yellow River flood in this period, the dispute between the Yellow River diversion and the road restoration in the late Qing Dynasty, the government's measures of famine and the famous Chuang Guangdong in modern times, and then obtains the reasons for the backwardness of the natural conditions in the northern part of Shandong Province in modern times. The readers have a clear understanding of the famine and social situation in modern Shandong, especially in northern Shandong.
