【摘要】：19世紀(jì)中葉,清政府實(shí)行積極的文化政策,在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)創(chuàng)辦了眾多書局,刊刻大量傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)典著作,學(xué)界一般稱這些機(jī)構(gòu)為"官書局"。本文結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料和已有的研究成果,對(duì)官書局研究中存有爭(zhēng)議的某些具體問(wèn)題進(jìn)行考證。關(guān)于晚清官方出版機(jī)構(gòu)的表述,地方督撫在各地設(shè)立的書局稱"晚清地方書局"可能更準(zhǔn)確一些,而"官書局"則不僅包括19世紀(jì)中葉以來(lái)各地方督撫設(shè)立的地方書局,也包括清政府設(shè)立的譯書局。在晚清地方書局第一人的問(wèn)題上,盡管曾國(guó)藩、李鴻章、左宗棠等地方督撫大員是早期地方書局的積極倡辦者,但胡林翼當(dāng)屬晚清地方書局第一人。而晚清地方書局的設(shè)立是在太平天國(guó)破壞和挑戰(zhàn)清朝正統(tǒng)文化權(quán)威、質(zhì)疑清廷統(tǒng)治合法性的形勢(shì)下,清政府試圖通過(guò)設(shè)立書局刊刻書籍,重新整合統(tǒng)治理念和重建統(tǒng)治權(quán)威的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:In the middle of the 19th century, the Qing government implemented an active cultural policy, established a large number of bookstores throughout the country, and published a large number of traditional classics, which were generally referred to as "official bookstores" in academic circles. Based on the relevant literature and existing research results, this paper makes a textual research on some controversial issues in the research of Guanshu. Regarding the expression of the official publishing organizations of the late Qing Dynasty, the local governors' bookstores set up in various places said that the "local bookstores of the late Qing Dynasty" might be more accurate, while the "official bookstores" not only included the local bookstores established by the local governors since the middle of the 19th century, but also the local bookstores set up by the local governors since the middle of the 19th century. Also including the Qing government set up the translation of books. As for the first person in the local bookstores in the late Qing Dynasty, although Zeng Guofan, Li Hongzhang, Zuo Zongtang and other local governors were the active promoters of the early local bookstores, Hu Linyi was the first person in the local bookstores in the late Qing Dynasty. The establishment of local bookstores in the late Qing Dynasty was under the circumstances of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom to destroy and challenge the orthodox cultural authority of the Qing Dynasty and to question the legitimacy of the Qing Dynasty rule. The Qing government tried to print books by setting up bookstores. The result of reintegrating the idea of rule and the re-establishment of authority.
