【摘要】：正張忠道(1894—1952),安徽六安人,早年留學(xué)日、法。1930年6月,他出任南京市社會(huì)局局長(zhǎng),兼上海法政學(xué)院院長(zhǎng),同年底任南京市教育局局長(zhǎng),1937年2月任考試院考選委員會(huì)委員,抗戰(zhàn)期間擔(dān)任民國(guó)中央政治學(xué)校教務(wù)處副主任及公務(wù)員訓(xùn)練部高等科主任、考試院法規(guī)委員會(huì)委員、考試院輔導(dǎo)委員會(huì)委員等職,1946年9月出任考試院高等考試及格人員縣長(zhǎng)挑
[Abstract]:In June 1930, he served as director of the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Social Affairs, president of the Shanghai Institute of Law and Government, director of the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Education at the end of the same year, and member of the examination and Election Committee of the examination Institute in February 1937. During the War of Resistance against Japan, he served as Deputy Director of the Department of academic Affairs of the Central political School of the Republic of China, director of the higher branch of the Civil Service training Department, member of the Committee of laws and regulations of the examination Institute, member of the Advisory Committee of the examination Institute, etc.
