【摘要】：正奉天邊業(yè)銀行由張作霖、張學(xué)良父子控股,實(shí)為張氏父子的私家銀行,與東三省官銀號(hào)并駕齊驅(qū),號(hào)稱(chēng)東北最大銀行之一。最初的邊業(yè)銀行是北洋政府時(shí)期創(chuàng)建的一所地方性商業(yè)銀行。1919年7月,由西北籌邊使、院系軍閥徐樹(shù)錚以
[Abstract]:It is a private bank of Zhang Zuolin, Zhang Xueliang and son. It is one of the largest banks in the northeast, which is one of the largest banks in the northeast.
