【摘要】：技術(shù)革命作為"大躍進(jìn)"的一個(gè)重要方面,需要引起更多的關(guān)注。在依靠"土辦法"(依靠現(xiàn)有的技術(shù)和設(shè)備)還是"洋辦法"(依靠現(xiàn)代機(jī)械化設(shè)備)發(fā)展工業(yè)的問題上,演化出一場"土洋之爭"。當(dāng)"土洋之爭"進(jìn)入官方輿論場域,土辦法很快占據(jù)了絕對(duì)的優(yōu)勢,對(duì)洋辦法的攻擊,甚至上升到路線斗爭的高度。"土洋之爭"看似意識(shí)形態(tài)斗爭,實(shí)則是一種配合政策的宣傳口徑。其背后折射出的是社會(huì)主義中國在趕超西方先進(jìn)國家、進(jìn)行工業(yè)革命道路上遭遇的難題。
[Abstract]:As an important aspect of the Great Leap forward, the technological revolution needs more attention. On the question of depending on "local method" (relying on existing technology and equipment) or "foreign method" (relying on modern mechanized equipment) to develop industry, a "dispute between the earth and the sea" has evolved. When the "dispute between the earth and the sea" entered the realm of official public opinion, the indigenous method quickly occupied an absolute advantage, and the attack on the foreign method even rose to the height of the line struggle. " The struggle between the earth and the sea seems to be an ideological struggle, but in fact it is a propaganda caliber in coordination with the policy. Behind it is the difficulties that socialist China has encountered in catching up with the advanced western countries and carrying out the industrial revolution.
