【摘要】：張作霖初領(lǐng)東北,金融紊亂,財(cái)政緊張,遂任命王永江執(zhí)掌奉天財(cái)政,很快,奉天省的財(cái)政狀況明顯好轉(zhuǎn),尚有結(jié)余。但經(jīng)濟(jì)的好轉(zhuǎn)助長(zhǎng)了張作霖的野心,連年的軍備和戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)每每讓王永江的努力付之東流,最終,王心灰意冷,歸隱回鄉(xiāng)。
[Abstract]:Zhang Zuolin first led the northeast, financial disorder, financial constraints, and appointed Wang Yongjiang as head of Fengtian Finance. Soon, the financial situation of Fengtian Province improved significantly, and there was still a balance. But the economic upturn has fuelled Zhang Zuolin's ambitions, years of armament and war have often cost Wang Yongjiang's efforts, and eventually, Wang was discouraged and returned home.
