【摘要】：1928~1930年陜、甘大旱,農(nóng)村社會經(jīng)濟變動較大。連續(xù)干旱導致當?shù)氐霓r(nóng)業(yè)歉收或絕收,災(zāi)民大量逃亡,被迫出賣各種生產(chǎn)資料,使得勞動力不足和生產(chǎn)資料嚴重缺乏;大量耕地被拋荒,導致農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟恢復十分緩慢。大旱災(zāi)之后地價的降低,加速了土地的流轉(zhuǎn),地權(quán)出現(xiàn)集中的趨勢。旱災(zāi)引起陜甘農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟破產(chǎn)和農(nóng)民極端貧困化,使得陜甘鄉(xiāng)村社會不再是以士紳為核心的權(quán)力網(wǎng)絡(luò),而是地方強人控制了鄉(xiāng)村社會,陜、甘兩省地方政府在災(zāi)荒中失去了對鄉(xiāng)村社會的有效控制。
[Abstract]:1928-1930 Shaanxi, Gansu drought, social and economic changes in rural areas. The continuous drought caused the local agriculture to fail or to end the harvest, the disaster victims fled in large numbers, forced to sell all kinds of means of production, made the labor shortage and the serious lack of the means of production, a large number of cultivated land was abandoned, resulting in the rural economic recovery is very slow. After the drought, land price decreased, accelerated the circulation of land, land ownership appeared the trend of concentration. The drought caused the rural economic bankruptcy and the extreme poverty of the peasants, which made the rural society of Shaanxi and Gansu no longer be a power network with gentry as the core, but the local strongmen controlled the rural society. The local governments of Gansu Province lost their effective control of the rural society in the famine.
