【摘要】：中華人民共和國成立以來,農村村級組織體系歷經多次重組,引起了村莊權力結構的重大變遷。在村莊內部,鄉(xiāng)村各權力主體對村級組織領導權和話語權的爭奪,使村級組織成為村莊內權力互動的中心點,而村級組織的重組,加速了鄉(xiāng)村社會的權勢轉移和村莊內部權力結構的重構;在村莊外部,村級組織是連接國家與分散的農民的組織載體,有效加強了國家對農村的控制與治理。村級組織的存續(xù)興廢、組織建構、組織目標、組織管理方式等始終受國家和執(zhí)政黨宏觀發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、制度和政策的主導。將村級組織作為權力主體,建立國家-村級組織-農民的三重權力分析框架,成為深化鄉(xiāng)村權力結構研究的有效路徑。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the rural village-level organization system has been reorganized many times, which has caused great changes in the village power structure. Within the village, the struggle for the leadership and the voice of the village organization makes the village organization become the central point of the power interaction in the village, and the reorganization of the village organization. It accelerates the power transfer of the rural society and the reconstruction of the power structure within the village. Outside the village, the village-level organization is the organizational carrier connecting the state with the scattered peasants, and effectively strengthens the control and governance of the country over the countryside. The survival and abolition of village organizations, organizational construction, organizational objectives and organizational management methods are always dominated by the macro-development strategy, system and policy of the state and the ruling party. It is an effective way to deepen the study of rural power structure by taking village organization as the main body of power and establishing the analysis frame of triple power between state and village organization and farmer.
