【摘要】：民國(guó)元年,云南軍政府在蔡鍔的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,由參謀部派員實(shí)施了對(duì)南防的調(diào)查,并留下了珍貴的原始資料——《云南南防調(diào)查報(bào)告》。報(bào)告核心內(nèi)容是對(duì)民國(guó)元年南防軍隊(duì)布防、建制、裝備的調(diào)查。此外還涉及氣候、交通、通訊、經(jīng)濟(jì)等基層社會(huì)調(diào)查。這次調(diào)查對(duì)穩(wěn)定云南具有重要作用,推動(dòng)了邊疆軍事近代化的進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:In the first year of the Republic of China, under the leadership of Cai E, the military junta of Yunnan sent personnel sent by the General staff to carry out the investigation of the South Defense, and left a precious original datum, the "investigation report of Yunnan Southern Defense". The core content of the report is the investigation of the deployment, establishment and equipment of the South Defense Forces in the first year of the Republic of China. Also involved in climate, transportation, communications, economic and other grassroots social surveys. The investigation played an important role in stabilizing Yunnan and promoted the modernization of frontier military.
