【摘要】：本文選取唐縣為個(gè)案，主要研究基層糧站的建立、發(fā)展概況。糧站的主要功能是糧食的買(mǎi)賣(mài)以及儲(chǔ)備保管；糧站源于糧食統(tǒng)購(gòu)統(tǒng)銷(xiāo)，是基層的糧食儲(chǔ)備機(jī)構(gòu)，歷來(lái)史學(xué)界對(duì)糧食的統(tǒng)購(gòu)統(tǒng)銷(xiāo)政策研究頗多，而對(duì)基層糧站則不甚關(guān)注。本文以糧站的建立、發(fā)展為著眼點(diǎn)，主要研究糧站在糧食保管與調(diào)撥方面的貢獻(xiàn)，并進(jìn)一步分析糧站是如何完成收糧任務(wù)確保地方供應(yīng)，以及民眾心態(tài)與基層購(gòu)糧機(jī)構(gòu)之間的微妙關(guān)系，進(jìn)而論述糧站在計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代扮演的基層角色。 本文借鑒已有研究成果，，采用了內(nèi)容分析和比較、實(shí)地訪問(wèn)考察等方法，探討了基層糧站建立發(fā)展概況。緒論部分主要講述了近年來(lái)糧站的研究狀況，第一章為糧站建立的背景，第二章為唐縣糧站的建立概況，第三章為糧站的管理與運(yùn)營(yíng)，第四章為糧站購(gòu)銷(xiāo)下的農(nóng)民心態(tài)探析，最后結(jié)語(yǔ)部分歸納總結(jié)糧站的建立發(fā)展歷程。
[Abstract]:This article selects Tangxian as a case, mainly studies the establishment and development of the grass-roots grain station. The main function of grain station is the sale and storage of grain, and the grain station is derived from the monopoly of grain purchase and marketing, and is a basic grain reserve institution. There is a lot of research on the policy of grain purchase and marketing in history circles, but not much attention to the grain station at the base level. This paper focuses on the establishment and development of grain stations, mainly studies the contribution of grain stations in grain storage and allocation, and further analyzes how grain stations complete the task of grain collection to ensure local supply. And the subtle relationship between the mentality of the people and the grain purchasing institutions at the grassroots level, and then discusses the role of grain standing in the planned economy era. Based on the existing research results, this paper uses the methods of content analysis and comparison, field visit and so on to discuss the general situation of the establishment and development of grass roots grain stations. The first chapter is the background of the establishment of grain stations, the second chapter is the general situation of the establishment of grain stations in Tang County, the third chapter is the management and operation of grain stations, and the fourth chapter is the analysis of farmers' mentality under the purchase and sale of grain stations. Finally, the conclusion summarizes the establishment and development of grain station.
