【摘要】：國民黨撤退臺灣之際,為取悅美國,蔣介石重用吳國楨、孫立人,但對其缺乏充分信任。1953—1955年,美臺關系在形式上更為穩(wěn)固,而蔣美之間的某些矛盾在暗中發(fā)酵。在臺灣政治經濟基礎初定之下,蔣對美援患得患失心態(tài)漸有改變,亦不愿對吳、孫繼續(xù)容忍下去。吳與孫的失勢意味著威權體制的強化,同時也是美蔣矛盾的體現,是蔣介石對美國底線的試探。臺美并非單方面的需要關系,美國不能放棄臺灣。在這場博弈中,盡管蔣最終成為勝者,但兩案畢竟關涉重大,此間,蔣曾經歷艱難心路。
[Abstract]:When the Kuomintang withdrew from Taiwan, Jiang Jieshi reused Wu Guozhen and Sun Liren to please the United States. With Taiwan's political and economic foundation initially fixed, Chiang's attitude toward US aid for gain and loss gradually changed, and Chiang was unwilling to tolerate Wu and Sun. The loss of Wu and Sun means the strengthening of the authoritarian system, the embodiment of the contradiction between the United States and Chiang Kai-shek, and Jiang Jieshi's test of the bottom line of the United States. Taiwan and the United States are not a unilateral need relationship, and the United States cannot abandon Taiwan. In this game, although Chiang eventually became the winner, but the two cases are important, here, Chiang experienced a difficult heart.
