【摘要】：在20世紀(jì)50年代公私合營高潮中,上海私營工商業(yè)者為表示對(duì)全行業(yè)公私合營的支持和擁護(hù),紛紛將自己的私有財(cái)產(chǎn)作為增資投入公私合營企業(yè),但有些人是在動(dòng)員的情況下勉強(qiáng)增資的,致使部分家庭生活發(fā)生了困難。對(duì)此,國家根據(jù)實(shí)際情況,有區(qū)別地退還了私營工商業(yè)者在公私合營高潮中的增資,為定股付息工作的順利進(jìn)行提供了條件。私營工商業(yè)者在社會(huì)主義改造的過程中,用行動(dòng)表明了他們?cè)敢饨邮苌鐣?huì)主義改造。這對(duì)于20世紀(jì)50年代中國企業(yè)制度的巨變具有極為重要的意義。
[Abstract]:During the climax of public-private joint ventures in the 1950s, in order to show their support and support for the whole industry, private industrial and commercial enterprises in Shanghai put their private property into public-private joint ventures as an increase in capital. But some people reluctantly increased their capital while mobilizing, causing difficulties in some families. In view of this, according to the actual situation, the state has returned the private industrial and commercial enterprises' capital increase in the climax of the public-private joint venture in a differentiated manner, thus providing conditions for the smooth implementation of the work of fixing shares and paying interest. In the process of socialist transformation, private industrialists and businessmen demonstrated their willingness to accept socialist transformation. This is of great significance to the great changes in China's enterprise system in the 1950 s.
