【摘要】：正咨文屬于平行文,一般用于中央平行衙署之間來往文書。咨文文首以"某某衙署為咨行事"開始,接著以"案奉"二字引敘事由,然后敘述所咨事情。最后以"須至資者"結(jié)束。宋書"右咨某某官署"及具咨年月,加蓋官印。遼寧省檔案館保存一份甲午戰(zhàn)爭結(jié)果后蓄林將軍延茂致前任吉林將軍長順德咨文,為清廷獎(jiǎng)賞疊攻海城、保金遼陽有功人員事此時(shí)長順已因海城戰(zhàn)敗屢職,由延茂繼任吉林將軍。
